| 1:19.4 | Segment number two, one of the least known candidates that the Raiders so far have not only |

| 1:28.9 | the quarterback coach of the Denver Broncos, and the Raiders have already met with them, |
| 1:33.1 | did a little bit of deep diving into who he is, what his background is, |
| 1:36.9 | and how well respected he is across the league and potentially being a head coach, |
| 1:41.2 | maybe a high-price offensive coordinator. |
| 1:43.7 | My guy, Brandon Kristall, from Gorilla Sports up in Denver, been covering Denver sports for a very long time, join my radio show to talk about Vance Joseph, talk about Davis Webb, talk about Mark Thuse, right, and multiple other guys that come from the Denver organization that potentially could be members of the Silver and Black. But I want to just focus in on Davis Webb. So you'll hear a little bit of background, a little bit of intel on Davis Webb. We'll do that. Segment number two. Here in segment number one, news and notes of the day, as we always do. We'll jump into that after I tell you about the title sponsor of today's show, which is prize picks. And prize picks is always the title sponsor on crossover Thursday. unfortunately for the Raiders, there is nothing to cross over. The season is over. There is no postseason. We know it's wild car weekend. I cannot wait until the time when there is a crossover Thursday and it's in the playoffs. And it'll be, man, super exciting. But prize picks is the sponsor. | 2:37.5 | So here we go. We know the head coach and candidates that the Raiders have out right now. And we also know when they're going to interview or the ones that have already interviewed. So this is according to Ian Rappaport from the NFL Network. He tweeted this out on Wednesday. He said the Raiders will interview Broncos quarterback coach Davis Webb tonight, which was Wednesday night. So that's already taking place. Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy on Thursday, Broncos defensive coordinator Van Gogh, Seahawks' offensive coordinator, Clint Kubiak on Friday. Kubiak has three other requests as well, and Friday and Saturday appear to be the days. Again, that's from Ian Rappaport. And remember, Davis Webb, who's part of the Broncos, also Clint Kubiak, who's part of the Seahawks, and Vance Joseph of the Broncos. All those have to be done virtually. If they want to bring in Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy, they can because obviously the Chiefs are not in the postseason. So that could be done in person, but all these other interviews because their teams are still in the postseason, even though they have a buy this week, have to be done virtually. So again, quarterback coach Davis Webb of the Broncos actually interviewed on Wednesday. You'll hear more about Davis Webb coming up in segment number two of today's Locked on Raiders podcast. But I did want to go ahead and pass on a little bit of background on Davis Webb. This comes from James Palmer. He used to be part of the NFL network. He said the Raiders requested an interview with Broncos quarterback coach Davis Webb for their head coaching job. That's per Tom Pelliserro. He said a little background. There are people in that building that truly believe he's a future head coach. He's beloved in that building in Denver in that quarterback room. Former quarterback, but also outstanding when it comes to the analytic side of football quarterback play as well. Filling both those buckets is rare. Webb had a chance to call plays for a preseason game and I'm told he knocked it out of the park. You have to remember that Sean Payton was so impressed with Webb when he interviewed the Broncos called to have the car turn around on the way to the airport and hired him on the spot. You'll actually hear more about that story from my guy, Brandon Christal, coming up in segment number two. So a little bit of a background on Davis Webb. Remember, he's 30 years old, |
| 4:31.3 | and it would be very intriguing, especially because it seems to see it be that he's a very |
| 4:36.5 | sharp, you know, offensive mind. And of course, the Raiders, this is not a quick turnaround. |
