Hurricane Idleia is expected to make landfall on Florida's Gulf Coast early this morning

as a category for storm.

In a 5am update, the National Hurricane Center said that Idleia was generating maximum sustained winds

of 130 miles an hour and warned of potential storm surge as high as 16 feet in some areas.

With many of Florida's counties under some kind of evacuation order,
