question. And this is kind of a two-fer. And I think it's interesting because I do think there's a possibility of this. Not the first part. Do you think Ragnow would want to return if Decker retires? See, I think the Decker thing is a thing, much like a couple years ago we talked about. Look, Decker's been hurt all year. He's a warrior,

and his body is starting to betray him. I would not be shocked in the least if Decker walked away.

But the Ragnow ship, that has sailed. I still do this moment do not understand how. The team releases that nonsense on socials. And the guy comes in and he can't pass the physical because his hamstring is falling off the bone. But no, the Ragnow ship to me, that is sailed. And if I'm the Lions, I'm not going back down that road. Okay, so that second point's interesting. The first point, if it's a hammy, like, if that's the one thing keeping this guy from playing pro football, he'll heal a hammy before next season. But the last thing you said, do you want to be held hostage? Because they already got caught being a year late on this offensive line stuff. Not that Ratledge is a bad player, but ideally he would be in year two right now, right? And you'd be a year ahead on this stuff. Do you really want to bank on him or his word and coming back next year

and playing all the games? I think that would be silly to do. Same. And look, I would love if he could

cryogenically fix himself and be the player he once was. But I'm not banking on it if I'm the

organization. And the Decker thing, now I'm sure you read locally free press had the story

about his contemplation and where he's at he has said he could play another five years

but it's tradeoffs as he gets older that's right sacrifice for his family and he said I thought

this was a really interesting perspective he's like a lot of guys will say I got to work to feed my family but who he said, I thought this was a really interesting perspective. He's like,

a lot of guys will say, I got to work to feed my family. But who are we kidding? I've made enough money that that's not, that's not the math here. My family's going to eat. We're going to pay our bills. The lights are going to stay on. You want to be able to play with your kids. Do you want to remember their names at age 58.

Like there's a cost of this. I can't pick up my kids without being in pain.

I can't reach something on the top shelf.
