So Spencer is now the most famous of all the EMS way 20 people because he got recognized at the DMV the other day, like of all places.

Like we've been recognized on scene before, but Spencer's like, well, I need to get my driver's license renewed.

And somebody's like, you've got to be him.

Yeah, no, it was a super cool encounter.

Well, the first time I got recognized was like at an ER and they're like, hey, are you the guy at the podcast?

And I'm like, yeah, yeah, that's me.

And she's like, I don't know what to say. And I'm like, well, neither do I. And we had a patient that we had to pick up as well. And so I'm just going to get back to this. Okay.

She's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no, that sounds good. But that extra laugh is none other than Dr. Loria.

Dr. Loria, I first encountered Dr. Loria actually at Fast 24, and he's going to be back at Fast 25.

And he had one of the coolest talks ever.

And I'm going to introduce him not just as the chief medical director at Flightbridge

Ed, but also as all-round superhero. As he is a physician and an intensivist up at UW,

he also does retrieval medicine. And you're a captain in the Air Force, correct?
