All right. So first question is, what got you into real estate?

An accident, actually. I didn't. I wasn't really planning on you into real estate um an accident actually i did it uh i wasn't

really planning on getting into real estate um i had a medical transportation at the time and and it

was running fairly well so so i wanted to just diversify my income and i went to a classic

i went to a robert kiosaki training, saw real estate, and I figured I would do a flip after

that.

So I got into it.

My first project was a rehab.

Horrible, by the way.
