Radio Estros, episode 72, Blackwater, Part 2.

Hello and welcome to another episode of Radio Estros. I'm one of your host Lady Guinevere and with me as always is Yoke Boy.

Yeah, hi everyone and thanks for joining us today for the second and concluding

parts of our action-packed look at the Battle of Blackwater.

In part one we analyse the complex setup and politics behind the battle and set sail with Davosieworth

in a sequence culminating in the jaw-dropping wildfire explosion

that devastated Stanis's fleet.

So today we'll pick up where we left off as we follow Tyrian Lannister into battle and his attempt to stay one step ahead of the regrouping attackers. As the de facto Lannister commander defending the city, Tyrian will set forth on a roller coaster journey outside the city walls where the fighting is the thickest.

After a close analysis of the raging battle on either side of the river, we'll also discuss the real life historical influences behind the conflict,

as well as doing some theory crafting as we consider who the treacherous Mandanmore was really working for.

And finally we'll take a look at the aftermath of the conflict, from the immediate cost to both sides

to the resulting story threads the battle leads into.
