Hello and welcome to another episode of Radio Westeros. I'm your host Yoke Boy and with me is Lady Quinn.

Yeah, hi there and thanks for being with us today.

We're happy to have you join us for an episode that's just a little bit different from our usual.

Not long ago, listener Andrew Noonan suggested on Twitter that we do an episode all about

the Inn at the Crossroads. And when we thought about it, we realized pretty quickly that it was a great suggestion.

It was, so we're excited to bring you our analysis of the Crossroads in a song of ice and fire with a big hat tip and many

thanks to Andrew. We've found some interesting themes to analyze and a perhaps surprising

amount of connectivity that continues through the several chapters that take place at the Crossroads.

Yeah, so we've taken the four chapters that have the end at the crossroads as their principal setting and analyze

them, looking for themes and similarities.

These chapters and those themes and similarities have given us the opportunity to also

revisit a favorite theory of ours and we found

there's an unexpected thread that meanders through the entire timeline of the main

series and perhaps has its root in the past.

So essentially our analysis today will cover four point-of-view

characters and a theory, along with important secondary characters

who are part of those stories, focusing on where they intersect at the crossroads.
