And hi again, everyone, and welcome back to Inside Michigan Hockey.

And we'll be here every Tuesday night or throughout the season,

giving you some great insight on Michigan hockey.

We'll have Brandon Nerato here tonight, a couple of player guests.

In William Whitelaw, will join us, a brand new Wolverine. He'll be here. And of course,

the captain of the Michigan Wolverines, Jacob Truscott, also stopping by. He should mention that

this year our shows originate from the studios at the Michigan Athletic Department. We are

not on site this year, but we still hope that you'll listen every week and enjoy the program.

Well, without further ado, we're going to take a little short time out here, and we'll be right back with Coach Brandonon neurato here on lyrfield well welcome back to the

coach's office and our first edition uh this year of inside michigan hockey as uh coach brandon

neurano joins us right now coach so is it a long summer? Is it a short summer?

What kind of summer did the coach have? It feels short when you're at this point. It feels really

long when you're fighting to get to this point. But I think we've had a great summer. We've

brought in some new people, have all our people in place. We've done some deep

dives into what worked last year, where we can be better. And then between the freshmen and the

transfers, we're turning over 12 new players. So exciting, ton of opportunity. Who's going to step

up? Week one, week 10, the second half, guys fighting for different roles

and responsibilities on the penalty kill, power play, five on five. I'm really looking forward to it.
