Welcome to this week's edition of the Inside Michigan Football Radio Show.

Over the next hour, we're discussing the latest around Wolverines football and hearing from players and coaches.

Well, the bye week comes smack dab in the middle of the Michigan football season.

Six games up, six games down, six wins for Michigan.

They had their improvement week, their opportunity week for some of the young players.

We'll get a chance to talk to Coach Harbaugh from what he saw this past week.

We'll also get a chance to look ahead to the coming schedule. The Big Ten East is a beast.

In the coming weeks, they will face right now in the coaches poll. This is what the Big Ten East is.

Number five, Ohio State. We know that game will be Thanksgiving weekend. Michigan comes in at six.

Michigan State at seven. That game will be

October 30 and then sandwiched in between there along with Maryland and Indiana is number eight

Penn State. So there's a lot to look forward to as we continue the sprint to the end of this

football season. The Wolverines right now are top 15 in both scoring offense and defense this season,

ranked 14th in scoring offense with 38.5 points per game.

That will get you number two in the Big Ten.

And eighth in scoring defense, allowing 15.5 points per game, number four in the Big Ten. We'll get a chance to talk to

Coach Harbaugh about what they are doing to improve those numbers and find wins here in the

second half of the season. After we talk to Coach Harbaugh, we will have quarterback coach Matt

Weiss and one of his pupils, Cade McNamara. The starting quarterback for Michigan will join us at the end of the show.
