We're back for another edition of Inside Michigan Basketball after a great win for the men at Ohio State and a tough home loss

for the women against one of the best teams in the country, UCLA, but one heck of a fight.

Terry, we were listening to that one with Matt Park as we were heading back up from a tremendous

performance in Columbus. You mentioned maturity as the word that you wanted to describe that

performance from Michigan men's basketball on Sunday.

Elaborate that a little bit.

How mature was that group in a wire-to-wire win?

Well, just the growth.

I think this team has started to grow since that Penn State close game.

Coach Dusty May came in in a film session and said that one of his close friends,

the confidant that he has felt like Arizona was the number one team and Michigan was the number

two team.

And the reason for that was he said maturity, like coming in, taking care of business on teams

that you're supposed to win against.

And Michigan wasn't necessarily doing that. And now of a sudden they're doing that. So to me, they're definitely in that conversation now. 100%. We'll talk with Dusty May when we come back.
