against John DeLin. Today's date is March 8, 2023. It is now 7 o'clock in the morning

on the West Coast. I have just received word that Judge Coral Sanchez, the judge who

presided over the hearing yesterday, on March 7, 2023 in downtown Salt Lake City in

third district court, has issued her ruling complete with findings of fact and conclusions

of law regarding the four-hour hearing that was held yesterday in her courtroom, where

Jen Camp, former employee at Open Stories Foundation, was requesting the court to issue

an anti-stocking order against John DeLin. I have just now received a copy of that order,

which is public record, and I'm going to read it for you right now.

Okay, here we go. In the third judicial district state of Utah, in and for Salt Lake County,

Jennifer Ruth Camp, petitioner versus John DeLin, respondent order, in case number 23-090-1037,

Judge Coral Sanchez. Pending before the court is Jennifer Ruth Camp's

ex-party civil temporary stocking injunction against John DeLin. By the way, ex-party just

simply means that she got the temporary order a few weeks ago with only herself showing

up and only presenting her side of the evidence. The other party, John DeLin, was not present.

That's what ex-party means. So, once again, pending before the court is Jennifer Ruth Camp's

ex-party civil temporary stocking injunction against John DeLin. The court has reviewed

all of the pleadings and has considered the admitted evidence and arguments of the parties

at an evidentiary hearing held on March 7, 2023 at 9 o'clock a.m. related to an ex-party

temporary civil stocking injunction issued on February 14, 2023. For the recent stated,
