The event was built by Mormon Stories as an evening with RFM, but I decided not to title

this podcast an evening with RFM because there's actually something very specific that

I end up talking about with a number of detours along the way.

And that something has to do with the progressive orthodoxy of Mormonism, and by that I mean

it began as a radical, religious sect, and over the last 200 years has become an established

worldwide religion with its own unique theology, but also its own unique orthodoxy.
