The trajectory of your life determines your destination. To see your

trajectory you have to get out of the forest of your life the transact transactional to-do-oriented present, to see the forest for the trees, as it were.

Let's evaluate your trajectory along the lines of 3P's.

Write these down in your Darren Daily Journal or any

journal or notepad. These three will be professional, purposeful, and personal.

At the end of your life you will look back and evaluate yourself in these three peas to

determine if you lived a successful life or not. So you want to evaluate yourself in

each of these three peas from the vantage point of the end, then looking back.

Success in any one of them or even two of them,

without the third, is still a failed life.

So please pay close attention. Number one is professional. Did you earn a good

enough living to properly care for your family? Did you support them comfortably?

Were you able to fully support their education? If you have people

working for you, were you able to take care of their families? Did you do right by your

clients, colleagues, vendors, and suppliers. Were you honorable?

Did you keep your word?

You want to determine the extent of your personal ambitions

and how you want to show up professionally in the world.

Number two, purposeful.

Purposeful means did I use my life force to do something that actually made a meaningful difference in other people's lives.
