I'm Gala Darling, a New Zealander living in beautiful Los Angeles. When people ask what I do, I used to tell them I was a self-help author. But really, I help women tap into their inner bad bitch through my books, courses, and tapping routines. I know that you have a secret supernova inside, and I want you to unleash it!

Fifteen years ago, my life was in shambles due to depression and an eating disorder. After I healed myself using tapping(also known as EFT), I made it my mission to inspire women to be whoever they truly want to be, and start their own revolution! It’s my honor to have helped thousands of women break through their bullshit and boss the fuck up. 

While I’m teaching babes how to master their mindset, manifest the life of their dreams, and love themselves all day long, my greatest thrill is in doing things differently. You won’t catch me renouncing all worldly possessions in the name of spirituality! It’s much more likely you’ll catch me in a bedazzled catsuit, wearing platform heels, getting a tattoo of something I’m about to manifest, while laughing WAY too hard. 

On the professional side, I’m proud of what I’ve done. My TEDTalk has been viewed a quarter of a million times (and it was my first time speaking in public!). My first book, Radical Self-Love: A Guide To Loving Yourself And Living Your Dreams (2016) became an instant bestseller at #1 in its category, was snapped up by Hay House, and has been translated into five languages (and counting!). My other books, Radical Radiance: How To Make Love To The Universe And Manifest Anything, and Hologram Heart: A Radiant Guide To The Romantic Revolution, completely change the lives of the babes who read them.

And accolades? I’ve got ‘em! I’ve been featured everywhere from Vogue to the New York Times, and that's cool and everything, but nothing compares to meeting a woman on the street who has been inspired to totally transform their life because of my work. It’s literally my favorite thing on the planet.
