Summary

Pastor Louie Giglio // Sin does not make us bad, sin makes us spiritually dead. This is not a statement he makes for shock value. No, it is a reality we find throughout Scripture. As humans, we have a sin problem. This problem has plagued us from the very beginning (see Genesis 3). However, God so loved us, that he paved a way for the relationship that sin tore apart to be bridged in the person of Jesus. We who were once dead because of sin, have been made alive by Christ—that is Radical Grace!

0:23.6	entirely monocultural experience. I had a Muslim neighbor from Egypt had a
0:29.9	Hindu neighbor from India on either side of my house, but it was a primarily
0:34.9	white experience. It wasn't until high school that I could say honestly I had a
0:39.5	close black friend that was able to for the first time explain to me some of
0:45.4	his experience growing up in a primarily white neighborhood and we would
0:51.5	process that together and I'll never forget the day he took me to the movie
0:54.8	theater to see menace to society and we walked in the theater and I noticed
1:01.2	both of us got nervous and for me I realized later it was my first time to be in
1:06.6	the minority ethnically in a room I had never experienced that and then I looked
1:12.1	and he was nervous I think because he was the guy who brought the only white
1:15.6	guy to the movie but by the time I got to college I was a part of campus
1:21.5	crusade for Christ and they had opportunities in the summer you could go to
1:26.0	different parts of the world for the summer and it wasn't just a little mission
1:30.2	trip it was to go integrate into a culture you get a job work and many of
1:34.1	more overseas primarily most of my friends went to China but there was a
1:39.2	brand new opportunity to go to the inner city of Denver and live there and have
1:44.5	a multicultural experience and I wanted to go and I wanted to understand more
1:49.8	than I did so I moved into a pretty rough neighborhood that in the middle of
