1:43.6	Critical race theory. Suddenly ESG is not enough. We've got to have new levels of direction in corporate America.
1:53.1	From every quarter it seems, the power structure, the establishment, and the world as we knew it is under attack by what some call Marxism.
2:06.4	How did we get here?
2:07.8	There have been three major pieces of the formula, I guess, that got us here.
2:13.4	One of those is that this has been brewing in academia for at least 50 years.
2:18.9	These ideas started in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and were being mainstreamed into academia at the time.
