And I think we will.

You seem to be keen as I am to listen to that speech by George's 6th in full because I think it gives us

a kind of what's the word it gives us a different perspective a different perspective in space and

time and speaking of space and time I know I've shared this with you before. And it's a slightly

banal observation in some ways. But I never ceased to be stunned by how close to the end of the

Second World War I was born. Because as a man in his very early 50s, I grew up seeing it as a long

distant event, as something that was very much in the history books, as opposed to something

that was very, very much in the memories of lots of people,

millions of people around me. So I was born in 1972. And the war ended in 1945, as you know.

So that is just 27 years.
