I'm a first-time mama to a six-month-old baby girl who is exclusively breastfed.

Before having her, I knew nothing about breastfeeding except that I really wanted to do it.

After a few weeks, I realized I was way in over my head and had a ton of questions like,

why was she hungry every 30 minutes instead of the two to three hours the doctors told me about.

I didn't have any mamas to ask around me who breastfed for longer than a month.

Long story short, I felt like giving up and switching her to formula because my baby wasn't

in line with the standards.

I thought something was wrong.

So as I was desperately researching, I stumbled upon this podcast and binged about 30 episodes.

And by then, I think you both answered every single question I had.

You helped me realize that my body knows what it is doing.

The breastfeeding is hard, and it's okay to say that.

It's okay for my baby to nurse all day and night.

That it's okay to have my baby close at

night. So I have to thank you for encouraging me and all the other mom is out there.

Thank you. You have done an amazing job because you know what? This is freaking hard.
