I'm a first-time mama to a six-month-old baby girl who is exclusively breastfed.

Before having her, I knew nothing about breastfeeding except that I really wanted to do it.

After a few weeks, I realized I was way in over my head and had a ton of questions like,

why was she hungry every 30 minutes instead of the two to three hours the doctors told me about.

I didn't have any mamas to ask around me who breastfed for longer than a month.
