Hello and welcome to this episode of Kennedy Saves the World. I'm very excited because this Memorial Day weekend, I'm going with my sexy teenage boyfriend to the Indy 500. And I'm excited

for a couple reasons. Number one, I love motorsports. You know that I am an F1 fan. I have gone to two NASCAR races so far and have been watching and learning a lot about NASCAR. I know almost nothing about IndyCar racing, but I'm from Indiana. I was born in Indianapolis and I'm excited to go

back to the state of my birth. It's a very special place and I love being from Indiana.

We didn't live there for too long into my childhood, but we went back every summer to reconnect

with my grandmother. And I've always loved having Midwestern roots. I also love that when I was one

year old, I went to the Indy 500. And supposedly I was a delight. I obviously have no memory of it. So I'm excited to go back and really embrace the spectacle that is the largest single day event in terms of spectator attendance or something like a half a million people that go to the Indy 500. So I'm looking forward to going to the

Brookyard. I'm looking forward to seeing how Indianapolis has changed and what kind of

people descend. You know, are there a lot of people from different parts of the world who

go see the Indy 500? Is it people who also love different types of motorsports? Are there just IndyCar enthusiasts?

And are they protective of their love and subculture?

Because NASCAR and Formula One get so much of the conversation,

including NASCAR driver Kyle Larson, who qualified fifth in the Indy 500.

So he is going to race in the Indy 500.
