you build, you run, you run, you're doing, you know, 18, 20 miles. And then this week is like, you run four

body rest. I'm already carving up. I'm carving up big. I'm going to go ham. I'm like, it's

spaghetti meatballs tonight. I am like fully stocked up. I'm ready to rock.

I mean, I'm taking the carbohydrates a little too far and that's my, that's my choice as an athlete.

You need them. Your body needs that energy. So this is your first one, right? Yes, this is my first marathon. Yeah. I ran a half marathon once, and then I was like, okay, that was way too fucking easy, obviously.
