0:35.2	judging ourselves we think we're not deserving of a good life right we're not
0:38.9	deserving of wealth or abundance or financial freedom.
0:43.4	And so I think forgiveness is an important ritual
0:46.3	so that we can move past that and really start to recognize that we are worthy
0:50.2	and to recognize that the same people we want to help, we also are deserving of help.
