We really hope you enjoyed our interview with Dr Tessa Danlock last week.

Now we've got two weeks of Royal News to catch up on.

We've had a state visit with lots of jewels and tiara.

We've had the end of Mike Tindall stint in the jungle and a weird amount of animals this week

that I wasn't quite expecting with trips to the zoo. But before we get going on that, we are going to

discuss the shocking events from an engagement earlier this week which has sparked a huge race row.

I'm joined as always by our Royal editor at Russell Myers who's dialing him from Boston

where he's joining the Prince and Princess of Wales on their tour but we'll come back to that later.

Now Russell what has happened with this with this really shocking kind of row that's kicked

off in the last couple of days?

Well hello yeah hello from a very sunny a little bit chilly

get a bit of weather news in there straight away but I mean this is absolutely

extraordinary this story and the way that it has sort of developed and

enveloped the royal family over the course of the last 24 hours has been pretty

extraordinary because essentially there was an engagement on Tuesday at Buckingham Palace

which had been covered very widely. It was the Queen Consort, so one of her first major speeches as in her new role. She was gathering 300

campaigners to celebrate the really important work done in the domestic violence field and campaigning

against domestic violence against women and girls. It was an awful lot of very, I mean, pretty incredible people in that room, sort of a who's who of the main

players in the space.
