0:12.0	is all about getting us outside of our comfort zones, getting us outside of just allowing
0:18.9	life to happen to us versus making life happen. Getting outside of the
0:24.1	idea that, well, it'll all work out in the end, right? It'll all just take care of itself. No,
0:30.5	it will not take care of itself. In all likelihood, things will get worse. We have to reclaim
0:35.7	the word aggression that says, no, I am going to grab my life by the
0:40.0	throat. I'm going to take control of things. I'm going to do things. And if they don't work out,
0:45.1	they don't work out because they don't always work out. But one thing I've seen again in my life
0:48.6	again and again and again is it has a higher likelihood of not working out if I don't do something.
0:54.5	That's the idea of aggression.
