0:01.9	Welcome back to Tales from the Crypt at your boy Marty Bent here on a Wednesday for this week's edition of Rabbit Hole Recap with Matt O'Dell and a very special guest who bought a very special drink with him, Bitcoin Sign Guy, who's supplying the clarified milk punch tonight.

0:18.9	How's everyone doing?
0:20.6	It's good to be here, guys.
0:22.1	This is a weird, this is a weird drink you brought us.
0:24.4	Yeah.
0:25.2	You want to explain?
0:26.5	Yeah, explain what you brought us is a concoction.
0:28.3	This is a clarified milk punch.
0:30.5	It's made with port and black tea.
0:34.0	And then, uh, closer to your mouth.
0:36.7	But the, the real trick of it is you put all of these ingredients on top of milk.
0:45.1	And then you add lemon juice.
0:48.5	And the lemon juice curdles the milk and it makes it coagulate into curds that then you can strain off.
0:55.5	And so you're left with the whey taste of milk,
0:59.1	but it's a clear ruby-colored drink.
1:03.2	And so it has a creaminess to it,
1:05.5	but it's perfectly clear and there's no lactose or something like that.
1:10.6	Is this a traditional holiday drink?
1:12.0	I think, yeah, it's a traditional European holiday beverage.
