A group of entitled teenagers start giving OP a hard time by throwing away all of her traffic cones. So, OP happily gets some petty revenge by spraying the traffic cones with a healthy coating of pepper spray. The next time the teenagers threw away the cones, they got the spray on their hands, and then they started eating snacks...
