a traffic warden.

They seem to thrive in causing the misery and financial detriment of normal people who

just made a car parking mistake.

However, in this story of Petri Revenge, this woman finally gets some justice for everyone

who's ever been done wrong by a parking ticket officer.

Okay, I'll get that ticket thrown out in court, along with jeopardising any ticket the city

row on that same form.

This was mid to late 90s in a Northern Midwest mid-size city.

Parking near my apartment near a university was only on street parking.

Bad in the best of times, it got miserable in winter with alternate side parking, eliminating

half the parking on major streets, such as where my apartment was.
