r/Maliciouscompliance In today's episode, OP is working at a company where he helps many different teams. Things start just fine, but he quickly becomes overwhelmed as departments request more and more of his time. He eventually becomes unhappy and starts looking for a way out. Meanwhile, OP's boss order OP to just shut up and do his job, so that's exactly what he does! He does ONLY the things required in his job description and stops spending hours helping out all the departments that depend on his help. Before long, the entire department crumbles and OP's boss has to take all the blame!
