| 0:29.2 | My new executive assistant doesn't realise I'm one of the founders. |
| 0:33.4 | About 10 years ago, my friends and I started our own startup. |
| 0:36.6 | I was the CMO or Chief Marketing Officer at the time. |
| 0:40.3 | Within two years we had over a hundred employees and were still growing. |
| 0:43.7 | Between me, the CEO, CTO and CEO there were two executive assistants helping us. |
| 0:49.1 | However they were getting over worked and pulling 12 plus hour days because of us. |
| 0:53.8 | So we decided to hire two more assistants so that each of us would have one. |
| 0:57.6 | One of the new executive assistants was assigned to the CEO, we'll call her Karen. |
| 1:01.6 | For some reason, Karen thought she was in charge of the other executive assistants because |
| 1:05.4 | she was under the CEO. |
| 1:07.1 | Technically they were all peers but Karen assumed she had seniority. |
| 1:10.8 | Within a week she was bossing all of the assistants around and making them do her work. |
