A candidate kept boasting about how many languages he spoke, even though it wasn't a requirement

for the position.

I finally asked him which language he was most fluent in, and he replied Spanish.

I followed up with a simple question asked in Spanish.

He did not speak Spanish. Reminds me of my daughter.

My daughter is bilingual. I talked to her in English and my wife talks to her in Chinese.

And she started taking Spanish class in school. So she is absolutely convinced that she knows
