Summary

r/AmITheA**hole In today's episode, OP finds a lost dog and decides to take it in. To OP's credit, he takes the dog to the vet to check for a chip, but the vet doesn't find one. So, he decides to keep the dog as his own! After he posts pictures of the dog online, the original owner quickly discovers the dog and asks for it to be returned to her. OP refuses, arguing that he's had the dog for a year and that he's come to emotionally rely on the dog. So, OP wants to know if he's the butthole for keeping the dog and refusing to give it back. Anchor FM is now the Butthole. My parents said most of my wardrobe away is punishment,

and I said I didn't want the clothes back because it's obvious they're not actually mine.

I got in trouble at school this fall. I'm a junior in high school. I smoked weed with a guy in

1:01.0

the woods after school ones and got caught. I also made out with him a couple of times, and my

1:06.0

parents found out about that too. As punishment, my parents took away a lot of my things. All my clothes

1:11.6

except three pairs of plain jeans and three plain black shirts in my coat. And all my makeup and

1:16.5

hair stuff, purses, and shoes, saying I had to earn things back with good behavior. I don't get

1:21.8

to engage in my hobby, fashion, till I've earned it. Anyways, it was a sucky couple of months,

1:27.3

but I came to a couple of realizations. It was actually kind of nice to not have to think about

1:32.3

what to wear and how I look. My friends knew what my parents had done and didn't judge me.

I also told anyone who asked why I looked like I only had one outfit, what was up, and it was

no big deal. I know it was supposed to be demeaning, humiliating punishment to make me look bad at school,
