What is up? It is the Q man. How the hell is everybody today? You having a good day? Good great grand. I am getting a visit from the podcasting gods today because the way that I do my booking

for this podcast is what's known as last minute and lazy, meaning generally I'll email somebody like five minutes

before I think, ah, it would be a good idea to talk to this person today

and just say, hey, what are you doing for the next hour?

And almost always, they say nothing.

I'm sorry, not nothing, that's me.

I'm the person doing nothing almost always they say

I have family stuff I have work I have this I have that can we schedule something for two three four weeks out and I'm like no you know why because I don't have a calendar that I use and I

still in the year 2024 I never got used to the fucking calendar on the phone I use that

shit almost never, you know, and you know, I've been

in relationships and stuff where the girls like, oh, can I import my calendar into your calendar

and like, ah, you know, I don't do that shit.

When I have things scheduled, I write them down on tiny sheets of paper that I leave on my desk.

And one of those sheets of paper was to do a podcast today, but my guest canceled.

So, the sheets of paperwork because I was on time and I was scheduled,

but unfortunately my guests who will be on, I'm sure at some point in the future

I had to reschedule and so I don't know what the point of all that is but this is the

QTR podcast and it's just me today this might be for the better because I got a lot of shit on my mind anyways.
