What keeps you from memorizing scripture? We often think we don't have time for it, or we believe we just don't have the ability to memorize.

Nancy Epperson is with us again today to combat those lies and to give us practical ways for everyone, whether you're a busy mom or a little child, to memorize God's

word. Nancy shared yesterday about her process of learning the book of James. Yes, I said an entire

book. And she shared the powerful impact of daily scripture memorization. Today, she's picking up

Walgamuth. So while you were memorizing the book of James, were you also reviewing and

meditating on other passages? Yes. Yes. Constantly. How much time do you think you spend

in a day memorizing or meditating on scripture?

I'm sure it varies from day to day.

It varies, and it's hard to say a lot quite a bit.

It's got to be more than a few minutes, though.

Now, when I'm here at this, I'm at this convention, and I'm going to be, and it's so busy.

So I won't have as much time, but I do set aside time.

And then in the night, I do think on scripture as well.

But I'm always memorizing something.
