Last week we talked about a crime that occurred on August 17, 2010.

We will talk about the testimonies of the bloodshed of the investigation carried out by the police and finally of the accusation and the beginning of the trial against the bloodshed of the murder of John Holtis,

who was the wife of the victims of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, Carlos Irizari Junque, in this episode we will talk about judicial processes.

We will talk about the testimonies offered in court, the evidence presented by the public minister and the defense minister, and finally of the murder,

if we can call it that way, of this so confused and dishonest case.

The trial against the bloodshed began with several testimonies between them, the personal trainer of Georgina, a neighbor of the condominium,

the hair of Georgina and the granddaughter of the owner of Irizari Junque.

The personal trainer of Georgina Holtis declared that a week before his murder, she had confessed his wife that she did not feel the same for him.

The day of Georgina's death, the personal trainer was in the apartment, giving him a class of exercises during the morning.

The neighbor who called the police, yelling at the death of Georgina Holtis, said that the knife that was on the side of the body of Georgina,

was brown with the casted mango without teeth and that was completely covered by sand.

The knife that was shown on the side, as the alleged homicidal weapon, had the mango black color and had teeth or ranuras.

The hair of Georgina declared that a few days before his death, she said that he was going to start a new life and that he wanted to divorce his wife.

On top of that, the grandson of the owner of Irizari Junque declared that his grandfather, Paesia de Mencia, was in a well-developed state.

The ex-boyfriend of the grandson of Aida de los Santos, Marangeli Merced, declared new that after the death of Georgina, Aida gave him three pulses,

but in this case, Marangeli indicated that Aida had asked him to take the recording and that later he sold it.

Marangeli asked Aida if they were stolen and he said he did not.

The trial continued with the presentation of evidence and with the testimony of the Ministry of Public Affairs.

The main evidence of this case were two fractures of whey-attractiles, which were found in the eye of the knife,

which had been identified by the police as the homicidal weapon.
