In 1970, both NASA and the U.S. Department of the Interior put out a call.

They were looking for scientists to head up the next initiative at a special facility

called TechTite2.

TechTite2 was a special kind of base, comprised of two metal capsules measuring 18 feet tall

and conducted by a narrow passage.
