I would love to hear each of you tell your short version of the story.

How you got into real estate and why real estate for you? Go ahead, Philip. You know, you up. Yeah. So, you know, Casey and I, we started with single family, I say, a couple of years, a few years ago and figured out it's going to take a long time at that pace. And so we learned, you know,

there's a better way to do it or a different way with multifamily. And so for me personally,

I decided to kind of make a switch to do this full time, even though I wasn't, all my ducks

wasn't lined up necessarily, but I needed the time and the headspace to do it, to do deals.

And that was almost a year ago. And, you know, we've been able to really scale quickly since,

since I've, you know, I made that decision. So that's why I did that. I love that. Casey.
