The grounding moment, grounding moment. Oh, I had my six-week check-up doctor's appointment.

Nice. And got cleared to go back to working out and I'll resume all normal activity. So I'm excited. I

didn't know I would be looking forward to working out so much, but I really

stopped working out the majority of my pregnancy because I was so sick. I just didn't have the

energy. And then in my third trimester was really the time that I had my energy back and I was pregnant enough that I did

not want to go and I was walking and stuff but um yeah getting cleared to work out was really

exciting I would say that's my grounding moment just because it's one of those things that

you don't necessarily appreciate it until you can't do it.

Because I'm definitely one of those people that dreads going to work out.

I don't want to do it.

And there's never a time that I really want to go do it.
