Got a pleasure to sit by some fellow OGs. You know, myself, I got Joel right here, got Shelby, big cue, and then Jordan Hicks joining me today to talk about what it means to be a father.

What's going on? We got to start our episode off the right way we got to do some

check-ins how everybody doing good man I'm good just you know season getting

rolling now we're ready for the regular season so all that stuff in the past

and get to play some real football now.

Man I'm doing straight.

My, no, this is like.

You know, my five year old just started kindergarten kindergarten so I'm mentally just like broken down but you know I'm doing good though

That's all the same you know football season rolling back in especially now. It's loud bullets trying to lock in my

oldest daughter actually is back in Seattle today starting her first day of

an eighth grade and it's gonna be my first season away from her so it's going to be you know weird dynamic and seeing how that works out but I mean alive and blessed

Yeah, man. I'm we're good man. I'm settling in

Families here kids are off to school.

Today was actually, they're at the school right now

for orientation right now.

So yeah, life's moving, man, but football's good, life's good,

life's good, feels good.

Yeah, man.

Man, I gotta start things off with Shelby.

You know, we just finish camp, right?

And we know this time of year what this means for a lot of us, you know, some people is our season
