How are we doing today?

Doing pretty good.

Today's my like off day from training.

So trying to get a couple of jobs done.

We're moving into a new apartment, my girlfriend and I.

So using every day we have available to do that.

Is that like such a highly coveted, just like eight

hour day where it's just like, yes, I don't have to like work out, grind.

I can do it even though you're you're filling it with like other responsibilities.

But like, do you have you been looking forward to this day for a few days now?

I just I love the weight room.

And like I love the guys that I work out with and the the training environment is

awesome.

And I actually do look forward to like on my off days.

I can't wait for the next day.

So tomorrow morning, I cannot wait to get back to the gym and grind again.
