Good morning. This is Father David Nix. I am at the Denver Stapleton Planned Parenthood.

He used to be called Stapleton. He was a clans member, so they changed it to Park Hill.

This is the third largest Planned Parenthood in the world, next to just outside Chicago, and I think it's just outside Houston, definitely Illinois

and Texas.

Today is June 29th.

It's the feast of St. Peter and Paul.

As many of you know, I go to the abortion center to pray every Wednesday morning.

And this is the first time I have been at this Planned Parenthood

since the overturning of Roe versus Wade. And I have a message for the majority of Catholics,

who would be the minority of my listeners. And then after that, I have a message to the

majority of my listeners who would be the minority of Catholics.

You're going to say what that means in just a minute. I want to give a little bit of my history of coming to know just the medical side of contraception.

We're going to see how this ties in in a minute to Planned Parenthood. It was the late 90s. I was about 19 years old. I was pro-life. And I said,

I was out with a buddy of mine and two girls. I was just getting to know a couple conservative

Catholics. I came from a pretty liberal Catholic world. And we were at Chili's down at Tamarack

Spirit like Hampton and Yosemite area. And I said

something like, you know, it's too bad the Catholic Church is pro-life and anti-controception because

there'd be a lot more lives saved. And a girl named Sarah said, this is back in the late 90s,

you have to remember, why don't you listen to this? And I think maybe this was

right after dinner. We were out talking at people's cars. And she handed me a cassette of

Janet Smith's contraception, why not? And, you know, I haven't always had the best formation

as a Catholic, but the one gift God's given me is, once I hear the truth, I know it, and I convert.
