To be fair, you say it much nicer than me anyway. Well, Monday was the day for us, wasn't it?

Oh, it was. So this week's Quicky, the big question is, do you feel alone? Which is quite a big,

ominous statement, I think, but something that I've been unpacking and maybe confronting

within myself about isolation, loneliness, even when, you know, you're in a relationship, perhaps, or you seemingly have a great

group of friends, or you have a NCT group, or perhaps you're in London seeing people all the

time, but you still feel within yourself quite lonely. Now, Polly and I, we've been friends for

the best part, I think, of 17, 18 years. Yeah, yeah. Nearly two decades.

Ooh.

What are we going to do to celebrate that?

I don't know.

Wedding.

Just, I'll sling you into a soft play and I'll go to a party.

Recently, I would say, it's probably, even though in 18 years of friendship,

and I think there may be a few of you that resonate with this.

It's only probably recently that we've really felt connected fully.

Within the last, I would say as a gradual process over the last two years.

I was going to say four.
