ever-breathing beast where we're not putting things out that we necessarily go, that is fact,

and we will not move from that.

We are living and unlearning along with every guest that we have.

And reflecting, I think, is a very big point.

So last week we had Louise Boyce, the founder of Mama's Still Got It, incredible model,

who has just written a book sort of reclaiming yourself post-baby.

And she spoke about marital sex.

And she put a poll out that questioned how much sex you're actually having.

And it ranged from the options where I think every week, three weeks, once a month, every three months, once a year.

And the average came out at once a month.

Now, the response, your response to this has been astounding.

There was almost jubilation, there was almost relief.

Oh, God, it's not just me doing it once a month.

It's not just me with that list of things to do, which has everything but doing it on it.

And we've sort of sat with that and gone, yes, it's incredibly validating knowing you're not doing it.

But at its core, we came away feeling, I think, well, the word is a little sad,

and this is absolutely nothing against Louise. She just highlighted an issue. But you felt that

too, didn't you? My goodness. Yeah, I felt a bit, what's the word, I felt a little bit disappointed,
