So the brilliant sex therapist, Esther Perel, she describes foreplay. It is often

thought of as the prelude, the warm up, or the preliminaries to sex. Okay, so far, so understood.

Forplay is the energy that runs through an entire relationship. That's a bit I didn't get. It begins

at the end of the previous orgasm and it lives as an ever-present suggestion that a small look, touch, text or banter might, might not lead to more.

Well, this is the thing. Like, I find this mind-blowing, right, because we could all label the parts, you know, the parts before the actual intercourse

that we enjoy and that we love. You love a bit of fingering.
