It's going, well, I know there's things happening, right? And perimenopause are there's stuff going on. I know around my period, there's some things going on, but I can't quantify, I can't

see it. It's this invisible sort of blanket affecting pretty much everything, right? Yeah, totally.

So it's always been very taboo, hasn't it? And we don't talk about hormones, we don't talk about

periods. Well, it's been dismissed like, oh, she's just hormonal. Yeah, for sure. And we haven't

really seen it as something important or valuable to learn about.

But as a woman, it's just paramount that you know a little bit about what's going on with your body and not ignore it.
