So, the big question of the day, are you having enough sex?

That's my answer.

So we're going to split this episode into two parts. One is just looking at what is enough sex, is there an average amount of sex you're meant to be having,

and when do you know if there's a problem?

And then we're going to go into our best and worst sex capades.

So according to David Snatch, he's a PhD student, he basically did study, and he conducted more

than 20,000 couples and found that 26% of couples are hitting the once-a-week mark.

That seems quite high for me.
