Hey, weirdos, I just wanted to drop in to let you know why things have been so sporadic

the last few days.

You may have noticed that I was able to get some bonus bites up, but not some new regular

episodes, and the retro radio has been sort of off and on the last few days as well.

Mostly the reason for this is the weather here triggers my headaches,

and that just takes me out.

And so what I've been doing the last couple of days is sleeping,

waking up, doing a couple of hours work,

and then going right back to bed.

And it's just been that way for like the last, gosh, 72 hours or more.

So it's been really difficult to just get anything done, but I was able to get little things

done here and there.

The bonus bites don't take quite as much time as the regular episodes.

That's why I was able to get those up a little bit easier. The retro radio marathons, they're not hard to put together, but they are time-consuming

to put together. And since I haven't had the time, at least not the time awake, that's why

they've been sort of sporadic as well. So just wanted to let you know about that.

By the way, we've been talking about, we, my doctor and I have been talking about my headaches.

And it turns out they're not really migraines.

I've thought for years now that that's what they were.

And I've been taking the medications for migraines.

Well, no wonder it's not working the way it's supposed to

because they're actually tension headaches,
