I have been MIPA, missing in podcasting action. I think that's what we're going to call it for the last, I don't know, I think it's been three weeks. I'm okay. I haven't died. I did get a couple of emails worried that I might have died and I appreciate that concern. Although if you thought I died, why'd you email me? I just have family in town. My wife's parents, my parents-in-law, my in-laws have come to stay with us for three

months, and they arrived on July 2nd, I think. So it's now the 13th as I'm recording this. And I needed

some time to, you know, spend the appropriate time with family when they first arrive and not be so,

you know, I'm worky, worky all the time,

not just with the podcast, but with a million other things I have going on, seemingly all the time.

So I wanted to kind of pump the brakes a bit and spend some time on my family.

And that has felt really, really nice.

I realized that I probably didn't take the appropriate path to letting you all know I was doing that,

which is why some of you thought I was dead. So I'm sorry about that. I'll try to do better.

The next time I take a bunch of time off unannounced, I'll announce it next time.

My network was also like, hey, hey, where you been? We've got ads to run and you're not creating content. I'm like,

ooh, yes, right. This is also a business. I've forgotten all about that. So I will be releasing a

couple of episodes here this week and the week following. They won't be the traditional episodes.
