It's probably right, because two decades ago, in 92, the Supreme Court narrowed Roe vs. Wade.

And said states could regulate abortion more, but they could not do so in a manner that

imposed any sort of substantial obstacle or a substantial burden on a woman's right to

have an abortion.

And that was the meat of the question that the court was trying to answer with today's
