We are here today with a quick take on today's big news.

The FBI has finished its investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server

during her time as Secretary of State.

Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended

to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that

they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

FBI Director James Comey recommended no criminal charges today, but this is putting Hillary

Clinton in hot water politically.

So let's talk a bit about the investigation first with you, Kerry, because you know the

most about it and you also have to get back to some other stuff.

The biggest takeaway here is that there were no charges, right?

No charges recommended.

The FBI director James Comey came right out and said no reasonable prosecutor would bring

such a case.

But then Sam, he went on to say that both Hillary Clinton and her AIDS had been extremely

careless with government secrets and that's not something any government official or want

to be government official ever once said about them.
