Hey everybody, Rob Mauer here and I'm just gonna do a quick recap here for the audio

I would say the biggest things for me, first of all this is just a really strong quarter.

Very happy with the financial results obviously they came in a little bit ahead of my expectations

as we talked about on the live stream a lot of that was due to regulatory credits backing

those out Tesla would have been very very close to my projections which as I said on those

projections I would have been very happy with and these are way way ahead of analyst expectations

I think the beat here on earnings per share looks like it came in at about 40% on a non-gap

basis so really really strong financial results here definitely very happy with the cost

control that Tesla has had their automotive girls margin X credits 30% my expectation

there was a little bit lower at 29.6% even though average selling prices were actually

a little bit below what I had forecast so that means the cost of goods sold were even

a further amount below what I had expected which is really great to see so fundamentally

Tesla's business just continues to make better and better progress even with tons of these

challenges supply chain shutdowns and efficiencies from that expedite fees tons of things here
