0:16.8

Well, top of the morning to you and aloha from the Big Island.

0:22.7

Today we're going to talk about the slow burn of success, how to cultivate patience. Now, I think it's somewhat ironic and

0:30.3

anybody who would know me that I would be speaking on the subject of patience. Not so long ago,

0:35.8

I spoke on the subject of perseverance. Now, that's more my

0:39.0

style. That's really aligned with my personality. That's aligned with my history. Patience is something

1:40.9

patience and even the word cultivate is a methodical type word,

1:45.5

it will change you, it will change your approach to business and life, and ultimately produce

1:51.5

a much greater, more vivid good life for you. Patience is defined as the ability to accept delay,

2:00.0

suffering, or annoyance without complaining. So the ability to accept delay, suffering, or annoyance without complaining.

2:03.6

So the ability to accept delay, not my favorite thing.

2:07.5

Suffering, I'll grind it through, annoyance without complaining.

2:13.3

None of those things are natural for me.
